I didn’t originally plan on making this tonight, but I had a loaf of french bread that I needed to use before the week was over.
So, I chopped up half and onion, fresh basil, parsley, two garlic cloves, and one large tomato. Then, I brushed the bread with extra virgin olive oil and placed it in the oven on broil (high) for approximately 8 minutes.
Whaaalah! Easy bruschetta! Enjoy!
