So, I am still battling the full-blown “go healthy “situation. Since my divorce I have gained a few extra pounds and I am sick of having it around. In the past two weeks, while in a training program, I had time to think about my goals. Overall, I have to be willing to do all it takes to meet them. I want nothing more than to be at a weight that I can just waking into the store and not have to try something on. Not looking for an ideal weight just a happy, healthy, and controlled weight. I will post my healthy recipes and continue to update you on my progress! I am on a mission and appreciate any feedback. Please don’t hesitate to share your story with us as well.

Here is my lunch recipe for this beautiful Sunday.
- 2 cups of mixed greens
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 6 mini tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of dried raisins
- 1 tbsp of chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup of chopped grilled chicken
- 1/4 sliced cucumbers
- 3 chopped mini dill pickles
- 1 shot glass of raspberry vinaigrette
