Greens, Eggs, and Yum!

So, I am still battling the full-blown “go healthy “situation.  Since my divorce I have gained a few extra pounds and I am sick of having it around.  In the past two weeks, while in a training program, I had time to think about my goals.  Overall, I have to be willing to do all it takes to meet them.  I want nothing more than to be at a weight that I can just waking into the store and not have to try something on.  Not looking for an ideal weight just a happy, healthy, and controlled weight.  I will post my healthy recipes and continue to update you on my progress!  I am on a mission and appreciate any feedback.  Please don’t hesitate to share your story with us as well.

Here is my lunch recipe for this beautiful Sunday.

  1. 2 cups of mixed greens
  2. 2 hard-boiled eggs
  3. 6 mini tomatoes
  4. 1 tbsp of dried raisins
  5. 1 tbsp of chopped pecans
  6. 1/2 cup of chopped grilled chicken
  7. 1/4 sliced cucumbers
  8. 3 chopped mini dill pickles
  9. 1 shot glass of raspberry vinaigrette
