I know! I know! Here goes another blog talking about another weight loss strategy! Well look, there is more to loosing weight than just getting on that treadmill and lifting those dumbbells. It’s about getting a good nights sleep, drinking water, eating healthier, and stressing less!
Know this, when you do Yoga you…
1. Crave less: Research shows chronically stressed people tend to munch and eat more fatty foods.
2. Stress less: Believe it or not Yoga helps increase your focus and mental stability.
3. Sleep better: Practicing at least three sessions of yoga a week will ease you into a more sound night of sleep.
4. Increase body awareness: Yup! I mean sexually. Yoga can amp up your desire and speed the release of hormones ultimately increasing arousal.
5. Tone: Yoga is a great type of strength training. You use your own body weight to move from posture to posture sculpting every inch of your being.
