Hello loves! This post is going to be the essentials I got for school and how I found the best savings while shopping for school clothes, supplies, etc! So to start off with the first thing you’ll need, a backpack.
Every year I head over to Vera Bradley to get a tote bag as my backpack. However, since this year I’ll be in high school and will probably need more space I decided to go for an actual backpack size. I knew I wanted something that wasn’t too big but would still fit all my necessities. While I was in New Mexico my sister hit the jackpot by stopping at the San Marcos outlet malls. The Vera Bradley outlet has 50% off with an extra 30% off!! That’s such a great deal! I got a backpack in bandana swirl, a lanyard, and an ID case. Typically this would have been well over $100 but with this deal it cut the price so much!
Next, is clothes. We went to Dillard’s first and they had a great sale where a ton of there stuff was on clearance and then it was an extra 30% off. I got most of my clothes from Dillard’s as their prices were so reasonable!
I love shopping at Dillard’s anyways because they always have such great deals especially for back to school or their anniversary sale and its really nice.
Then, I went to Tj Maxx! They didn’t have any sales that I could see but they had affordable clothes that were cute. I don’t typically shop there for my clothes but I was glad we looked because I found a few shirts that I really liked!
Last, we went to Old Navy. They had a big online sale that was 40% off! Their jeans were also 50% off. I found all my jeans there. I also found a couple of shirts that were marked down, one shirt I got was $10. Then they had graphic tees that were buy 2 and each were $7. So I got a couple of those as well. Really there are many options if you don’t want to pay full price.
Stores often do sales and if you keep an eye out you can probably catch a few great ones. I took some pictures of a few of the shirts I got. What is your favorite place to shop at?
Let me know!
